Our probate department deals with a wide range of matters from the drafting of Wills to the administration of estates.
Our experienced probate team appreciates that dealing with matters following the passing of a loved one can be an upsetting time and are committed to ensuring that matters are dealt with as efficiently and sensitively as possible.
We provide specialist advice in relation to tax planning and powers of attorney. We can assist in relation to matters concerning the Office of Public Guardian and Court of Protection issues. We also deal with contested litigation in respect of a claim under a deceased’s Will.
We are able to offer a variety of pricing options, including Fixed Fees and payment plans. Please contact us to discuss this further. Further details of our fees, can be found here.
