Wills and Probate

Depending on complexity, the charges for Wills are usually in the region of £100-£150 plus VAT.

The charges for estate administration are charged at the hourly rate of the Solicitor undertaking the work. This will vary depending on the experience of the Solicitor with conduct of the matter, and typically, the hourly rate charges would be as follows: -

Where possible, we will also agree a cap on the hourly rate charged on the estate administration at the onset so the charges will be fixed.

We endeavor to make payment for our charges as flexible as possible and invite clients to set up standing orders and payment plans.

In an Employment Tribunal context, should a case proceed to a final hearing within an Employment Tribunal, the costs would likely be in the region of £10,000 - £15,000, but this would depend on the complexity of the individual case.

We would encourage any prospective client to contact us to discuss your individual needs and requirements and we can endeavor to tailor a cost-effective plan around your circumstances. You can contact us here or telephone 01938 552727.
