£150,000 - £249,999 - £695
£250,000 - £399,999 - £795
£400,000 - £649,999 - £850
£650,000 - £999,999 - £995
£1,000,000 plus – £1200 *
*All prices set out above are subject to VAT. There will also be disbursements payable such as Search Fees, Land Registry Fees and Land Transaction Tax/Stamp Duty. Please contact us with the details of your sale/purchase so we can confirm the disbursements payable.
